Robert returned to his home state of Utah and opened his first dental office in 2002 at a location in West Jordan. Immediately following his graduation from U of L, he served as a lieutenant in the Naval Dental Corps for 3 years and was honorably discharged as a Lieutenant Commander. His Doctorate was obtained at University of Louisville School of Dentistry. After serving as a missionary in Uruguay, Robert pursued the study of Medicine at the University of Utah, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Biology. Staley is a Utah native who spent most of his adolescence in West Jordan and South Jordan.
